Hello! Can you see me? Look closer. I'm waving my paw now. See? Here, peeking out of the knapsack. I'm Mr. Pawterson. I'm a cotton-stuffed bear and currently I'm on an adventure with Big Brother Bill. I call him Big Brother because he's so much larger than me. See? He's big and dependable, so that's why Little Miss Earnstone's dad asked him for a very big favour. He's going to find something in the faraway jungle and I'm going to help him! You may think that Big Brother Bill, being big and all, doesn't need help from a toy bear. Little Miss Earnstone's dad thought so too, but she wouldn't take no for an answer. In the end dad and Bill both relented. I'm a little bit sad that I must leave my Little Miss behind, but when I come back I'll have so many stories to tell. Onward, Big Brother!

Big Brother! I don't know if Big Brother Bill knows that, but most snakes aren't aggressive and don't go out of their way to chase people. If you leave an easy exit, like these bushes over there, most snakes will slither away doing no harm. Big Brother was surprised and a tiny bit afraid, so that's why he lashed out and chopped off the snake's head. I know snakes are scary, but we scare them as much as they scare us! Well, I don't scare them because I'm just a stuffed toy, but you do and Bill does too. So, the next time you see one or more snakes outside try to remain calm and let it be. OK? Good. Also, please, don't hold it against Bill. It was an honest mistake and he didn't repeat it later when the mean archer threatened him with his arrows. Cheers!

Big Brother Bill is trying to learn about snakes and it is easier to concentrate on studies when it is quiet. Like, when Little Miss was doing her homework I wouldn't interrupt her and this is similar. She likes learning new things. Do you like learning new things? I know Big Brother Bill does. She told him where the thing we're looking for is and then we marched on with Mr. Vela. I haven't mentioned Mr. Vela so far, but it seems he and Big Brother Bill are becoming fast friends. And if Big Brother likes him, then I like Mr. Vela too. I still like Bill more, because he's the one carrying me, he's got a snuggly beard where Mr. Vela only has mustaches. In the meantime Mr. Vela says it's beautiful here and he's right, isn't he? Look at the flowers. How pretty! At the flowers, OK? Let's give Big Brother and Mr. Vela some time to catch their breath.
