This deck both has a 0xp and Full Build Version Available.

This deck has a very clean cycle once you have your setup out, and due to the assets and events being in near perfect 50/50, you likely will have what you need, and once you have your setup fully fleshed out, you can then USE it due to the spells you discarded along the way. This cycle will be detailed in the following list:

  1. You play a spell event card, such as Spectral Razor, paying its cost and performing its effects. (Remember that you can exhaust your Spirit Athame during spell tests for a bonus!)

  2. You then exhaust Double, Double to play that event again, as if it is in your hand

  3. You then put that event into the Crystallizer of Dreams (You have now completed, One Action)

  4. You commit the event from the Crystallizer of Dreams on a future skill test

  5. You then use either De Vermis Mysteriis or Speak to the Dead to retrieve the card from your discard, depending on how dire the situation is and what is needed action economy wise.

  6. You then repeat this cycle, with different spells depending on the situation

With Speak to the Dead, you will want Favor of the Moon out, and with curse tokens sealed on it, in order to release them for a guaranteed pull from your discard back to your hand for one action, and one offering.

Now you may be wondering… where are we going to get the resources for all these cards played!!! Well our main income generators will be Faustian Bargain, and "Watch this!" (3) as they are very consistent with their income generation, and we can use Favor of the Moon to mitigate the curse of Faustian Bargain to work in our favor. With these, and the fact you can play some of them even more than twice due to Sefina’s ability The Painted World, you will often end up with more resources than you know what to do with by the end of the game. To help with initial setup however, we do also have Streetwise (3).

Finally the upgrade path. This is my personal preference for upgrades throughout the game, I would recommend at least getting Double, Double and your other De Vermis Mysteriis and Favor of the Moon early into the upgrade path.
