Overview:

This build ensures you have enough resources to play all your events (Clue Gathering and Dealing Damage). Once events are played, they can be recycled as skill cards using the Crystallizer of Dreams.

Tactics:
1.) For the 5 events that you will store beneath Sefina, I recommend that you have at least 1 of each type:
-Resource Generation: (Emergency Cache or Faustian Bargain)
-Protection: (Ward of Protection or Deny Existence)
-Damage: (Storm of Spirits for AoE, Spectral Razor)
-Test-less Clue Gathering: (Drawn to the Flame, Intel Report)

2.) Use your Sword Cane to deal with low HP enemies (Rats, Acolyte).

3.) Quantum Flux can be used to recycle your events, and to mitigate the damage from your weakness.

4.) Uncage the Soul can be used on The Painted World.

5.) Setting-up Lone Wolf early can help ensure that you enough resources every turn. Similarly, Setting-up Crystallizer of Dreams early can help you with skill tests.

Upgrade Options:

1.) Essentials:
-Double, Double - This works with The Painted World. You can even play a different event card this way. Just imagine all the possibilities.
-Hot Streak - It's like Faustian Bargain but with more $$$ and without the downside.
-Lockpicks - Arguably better than Sixth Sense since most of your event cards have and icons.
-Robes of Endless Night - Makes your Uncage the Soul, Sixth Sense, Shrivelling be played without worry of AoO.
-Suggestion - good defensive card that increases your survivability.

2.) Optional:
-Leo De Luca - cheaper Leo means easier to play.
-Four of Cups / The Moon • XVIII - additional that doesn't take up other important slots.
-Another Day, Another Dollar / Easy Mark - If you are still struggling with resources even after having a Hot Streak
-Blur - good if you need additional actions. The penalty hurts a lot though.
-Ornate Bow + Haste. I haven't tested this in Solo yet.
