This is probably not a good deck. However, it might be a fun deck.

The principle is the usual Skids thing - take lots of actions. To that end, we've got Blur, so that Evading might get us an action - and activate the .25 Automatic to get a free fight. Leo De Luca, Quick Thinking, and Ace in the Hole are all pretty obvious too...

Then there's resource generation - Hot Streak, Lone Wolf, "Watch this!" - and a couple of oddities. Borrowed Time is to bank actions for a "big turn" in the next round. This means, with a bit of luck, you might actually get 5 uses out of the Colt Vest Pocket, and interestingly, Keen Eye's bonus is for the rest of your turn... which could be 8 or so actions without too much difficulty.

Warning Shot is also a bit of an oddity, and I'll admit that this is entirely due to thought that you could spend ammo off the Colt Vest Pocket without using it's ability (and so, without discarding it!)

There are a couple of things I might consider instead, in this deck; the .41 Derringer is cheaper, and could net you another action; I suspect it's a better weapon. And I'd like to squeeze Investments in.

I guess, all in all, I just like the idea of Skids, mooching along not doing much - and then having a completely nuts super-powered turn.

Clearly, clue gathering is, um, bad, though at a push Keen Eye could work.
