Zoey Samaras 30xp (Down the Rabbit Hole)

Down the Rabbit Hole Zoey with a Practice Makes Perfect package:
Runic Axe Upgrades: Glory, Hunt, Ancient Power, Scriptweaver.
This deck maximises the strengths of Zoey's Cross, adding free damage onto the free engages from Runic Axe's Inscription of the Hunt and Guard Dog (2), as well as the extra engages you can get from "Let me handle this!" and Stunning Blow.
Between Vicious Blow (2), Overpower (2) and Stunning Blow you have 6 powerful hits for Practice Makes Perfect when fighting a boss enemy.

Other cards to consider for this deck:
"Get over here!" (2): Another strong Rabbit Hole compatible action compression option. Great for answering her weakness, and combos brilliantly with her Cross
Hallowed Mirror(3) or First Aid (3): Enables healing of Beat Cop and Guard Dog, or teammates if required, the Mirror is generally better though Zoey's Cross is so good that it would require a Relic Hunter.
Survival Knife (2): Another Rabbit Hole compatible weapon.
Toe to Toe: The automatic success allows risk free use of our powerful skills, and can proc extra damage from Guard Dog.
Trusted or Inspiring Presence: Cheap, actionless means of squeezing more juice from both allies in this deck.
Brand of Cthugha (1) and Brand of Cthugha(4): Usually the best secondary weapon, and is mostly Rabbit Hole compliant as if you are taxed 1xp to buy the level 1 version you get that xp refunded when upgrading to level 4. You can also take In the Thick of It to start with 2x Brand (1) to avoid the tax entirely. But it not being an Item for Backpack has excluded it this time.
A second Physical Training (4) or Combat Training (3): Due to Zoey's ability she often plays the second half of scenarios overflowing with resources. Making resource sinks more valuable to her than most other investigators.
In the Thick of It: Zoey has an above average 15 health/sanity pool, making In the Thick of It even less of a cost for her than other investigators. I would recommend spending the 3xp on 2x Brand of Cthugha (1) and 1x Combat Training (1), two cards with excellent Rabbit Hole upgrades.
Quantum Flux: Would require cutting Stunning Blow, but once your assets are in play and you've played your Practice Makes Perfects it recycles the Practises and the skills back into a smaller deck.
