A basic Roland Banks deck with firearms and Dr. Milan Christopher.
The relies on firearms as a main offence. Knife is used as a backup. Can deal heavy blows with Vicious Blow and Dynamite Blast.
The economy and Willpower are not that great with this deck. Try to draw Dr. Milan Christopher as early as possible. The Dr. is used even though it's kind of an anti-combo with Roland's ability and Evidence!. When you are done with investigating replace him with Beat Cop.
Experience should be used to get Extra Ammunition, Beat Cop and possibly Elder Sign Amulet and/or Police Badge in order to boost willpower.
The least important cards are probably Manual Dexterities. The possible replacements for those could be Overpower and Working a Hunch. Other uncertainties are the amounts of Beat Cops, First Aids and Dynamite Blasts.
