The plan here is to use doom tech on Diana.
As Ceremonial Sickle and Abyssal Tome can use either or , Diana can use them from the word go. Daring works with both.
If Diana has 2 Bulwarks out she can activate Blood of Thoth 3 times in a single turn. Imagine the value!
Having Spectral Shield, Dodge and Bulwark means that Diana can ignore enemies for awhile and let them boost either her doom synergy or her cancel synergy. She's already a bulky character so there's little to fear. The more the merrier.
