Parley's Queen

Parley. Parley. Parley. Parley. That's your turn.

Aaaaaaah, if only Haste would allow her to Parley too...
Anyways, Fine Clothes brokes the game enough for us.

Introduction

The Feast of Hemlock has brought us many interesting investigators and of course she is one of those. I mean, did you ever think this would be useful?
Zorzi allows us to play a playstyle that we are not used to, so it's funny. Let's see how she simply wins the game by talking to everyone.

Main Strategy
  • First thing to do in the game: :Parley. Explain to your Guardian or Mystic you will need at least one enemy alive, so you can do your shit with. Do not kill it.
  • Now you are ready to build your play zone with Fine Clothes (do hard mulligan to get it) and clue generator. This will be 3 free clues at no matter what shroud!
  • With 4 it's safe to say you can easily get the clues from the 1-2 shroud locations.
  • Also you have 3x Beguile, so combined with her true personal card getting clues is gonna be really really easy!
  • Once you have 2 copies of Vamp and Eldritch Tongue you will have fun doing a lot of Test(0) for strong results!
  • Power Word will give you flexibility. Upgrade it as you feel you need.
  • Bewitching is a expensive upgrade, but you can attach Beguile, Vamp and Snitch.
  • Double or Nothing and Quick Thinking are always best friends, but it's even better when you usually do Test(0) thanks to Fine Clothes!

This is a really powerful, fun deck. I'm currently taking her through Carcosa with Mark Harrigan and she's so good. There's very little she can't talk her way out of and I actually think she could work really well true solo.

My only change was replacing Persuasion with Kicking the Hornet's nest, just to ensure she always has someone to talk to. I ended up upgrading Drain Essence for Snitch.

I've been looking to try Alessandra and this one looks interesting. I am trying to comply with the taboo list, so I'll sub something else in for Double or Nothing , possibly Kicking the Hornet's Nest for the reason discussed in the previous comment. Also wondering if Bianca alone will generate enough resources, so I might go with Faustian Bargain instead of Hornet's Nest, or one of each.

Using this deck in a playthrough of Hemlock with a friend playing Tommy. Was able to talk to everyone during the prologue day (which the scenario books says is not possible) and basically steamrolled the Hemlock House scenario. A very effective and efficient deck. Looking forward to seeing how the campaign plays out, and what to spend all my XP on, not used to getting 6 from the first scenario.
