Yeah. Another Scavenger Bob deck. But who can blame him? This guy loves to buy, sell and all that moving stuff around. I'm afraid it's Bob himself who appears in the art of this overused card.

New things to trade

Bob has just returned from the Vale and brought back new trinkets to trade: matches, masks and more masks. It may not sound fantastic, but trust me, this new stuff is worth it.

Fast trading

Thanks to Joey "The Rat" Vigil's unique ability to discard items while profiting from them, Bob can take on Mythos by behaving like a Sparrow and later switch that mask to behave like a Fox to get some clues while retrieving previously discarded masks.

Once the pieces are in place, no resource income is needed. Sell a mask for some money and use it to buy a new one. And all fast! You can even do it more than once during a test!

Why two Joeys in the deck? Well, I know that in Arkham allies have a tendency to disappear unexpectedly. Better to have a spare Joey than to lose your trading engine.

Other things Bob can do

Since no resources are needed, why not add Dark Horse to the mix? Yes, you're going to suffer a bit due to Greed, so try to have a Cherished Keepsake in play before the hit. Sometimes a lucky Clevered Friends in Low Places will give you some time to sell stuff and be prepared before you bring out your weakness.

You're going to play moving items and boosting stats instead of committing cards, so why not add Geas to the mix?

Well, that is not 100% true. As a Survivor is almost mandatory to include Resourceful in your decks. To be honest, the only thing you'll get back is the overpowered Shed a Light or maybe something unfortunately discarded by a Treachery, like Dark Horse or Scavenging.

But don't hesitate to play Geas as you will always be allowed to commit Resourceful during Mythos or during your Guardian's turn without breaking your Geas's promise.
Although it's quite obvious, it's worth mentioning that you'll need a Guardian by your side. This deck has no way to deal with enemies other than Evade them, so you'll need some fists from your teammates.

Clues are easily obtained with the well known method of lowering veils. If we add the boosted intellect, Bob will activate Scavenging even on high difficulties.

A few words about Scavenging

This deck only works fine with a Scavenging in play. Awesome if you have both. It's the main target in your mulligan and the reason Friends in Low Places is looking for Talent (although the Clever customization is incredibly good for getting other key cards early). The presence of Black Market and Another Day, Another Dollar is also to get Scavenging as soon as possible and speed up the set up.

Campain Mode

Do yo wanna try Fast mask trading Bob in a campain? Nice. I did it with good results as the main cluever. Here is a link to a 0xp deck: https://arkhamdb.com/deck/view/3573825
