I'm running an Investigate-heavy deck in a duo with Mark Harrigan. Many of Sefina's available events are great at avoiding enemies and quickly gathering clues while still allowing a bit of damage in the event of being caught alone or with no clues to gather. I've avoided weapons since her strength is already terrible, plus I've got a beefy soldier to handle the dirty work.

The most common events you'll want under your character card include Sneak Attack, Ward of Protection, and Drawn to the Flame. Setting Delve Too Deep is useful so you can have it in your hand when you're ready for it. The remaining important events cost experience: Hot Streak, Sure Gamble, Ace in the Hole, and possibly Blinding Light if you want to deal a one-two punch with Sneak Attack.

Your first 5 xp should be spent on Streetwise and 2x Lockpicks. These, paired with Flashlight and your potential for 5x Drawn to the Flame when used with The Painted World mean there are very few locations that you won't be able to investigate. Many locations only have 2 clues in a two-player game, so DttF is especially efficient in duo situations.

I quickly found that Arcane Initiate was unnecessary since Painted World shows up often in my opening hand. This and Blinding Light were my first cards to swap out. Backstab also tends to be too expensive to use, so I'm beginning to remove these as well.

We've completed through Miskatonic Museum and I feel comfortable being the main clue gatherer so far. Any suggestions are welcome!
