I'm impressed after my initial plays with this card. It felt very strong in two player & I can only assume it would feel stronger in larger playgroups.

  • +2 to a chosen skill for EACH investigator for a whole turn regardless of location!
  • For 1 resource (and a fast action), that's really good. Especially when compared to similar cards (below).
  • It lasts through the upcoming Mythos phase!
  • At 2xp, lots of off-class survivors can take it. 2xp also buys all 3 copies!
  • Myriad! With 3 copies, you'll be seeing it often and it's easily recurable with Resourceful and especially Shrine of the Moirai.

It looks particularly interesting with agility as with this skill you can evade (obviously), investigate (with rogue events or with Lucius capacity) and fight (rogue events, Dirty fighting, British Bull dog, Ornate Bow, Hatchet, ...). By rogue event I mean events that make you use agility instead of the normal skill or events that make you add to skills (Cheap shot, Breaking and entering, ...). — AlexP · 262

This card is revolutionary in Patrice, especially in 3-4 player.

If you’re playing flex, that means that certain people are only OK at some things they need to do (like fight, evade, or investigate). For those turns where someone just needs to sit on a location and parley, or grab clues, or punch. You’re bringing a whole bag of Lucky‘s for the team. It’s especially fun for rogues who have a lot of actions. And with Patrice, this is gonna hit 5+ turns a game for 2xp.
