This is a Vincent Lee deck attempt for solo, that tries to take advantage of his printed ID for value and tempo.

How the deck works:

Meat Cleaver and Bonesaw serve as your main hand weapons. We will prefer Meat Cleaver over Bonesaw when we will have a choice, but Bonesaw can still be useful.

Next, we have Lonnie Ritter, Leather Coat, Spirit of Humanity and Grisly Totem. When we take damage and horror we can assign them to Leather Coat and Lonnie Ritter and with Lonnie Ritter's ability we have an actionless heal which gives us the On the Mend card, which in turn can be commited to a skill test, which, with Grisly Totem, draws us a card. Spirit of Humanity can assure we take 1 point of damage and horror each turn to assign at the aforementioned assets while adding tokens to the chaos bag. That way we can add On the Mend every turn in our hand (or at least whenever we have the resources to spare), which we can use with Grisly Totem for skill boosts and card draw.

The rest of the deck is pretty much utility and efficiency in combat and clues. Not really much to say, I think the cards are self-explanatory. Only a few small notes on a few cards:

  • Earthly Serenity exists in the deck particularly for Vincent Lee's weakness. There is absolutely no other reason to run it. This card will only be played in order to clear the weakness.

  • Schoffner's Catalogue exists in the deck as a 1-copy for a bit of economy. I didn't want to add a second copy because it felt like it was a bit too much as we don't run many items, plus it costs actions and at worst case scenario it can still pay for your repeated Ice Pick plays.

And that's about it. Tell me what you think of this deck in the comments below.

“When we take damage and horror we can assign them to Leather Coat and Lonnie Ritter and with Lonnie Ritter's [free action] ability we have an actionless heal which gives us the On the Mend card.”

I might be missing something, but I’m not sure this is the case. Lonnie’s free action heals damage off an item asset (Leather Coat definitely qualifies), but it only heals horror off of her. Vincent Lee’s ability asks you to heal damage “from an investigator or an investigator's Ally asset.”

The Lonnie + Leather Coat combo heals damage, but not from an investigator or Ally asset.

Spirit of Humanity + Jessica Hyde might serve this build better? Doesn’t offer the same renewable sanity soak as Lonnie does, but Jessica costs less resources up front, no resources over time, and the damage she comes into play with can be healed for extra On the Mend value.

I'm sorry, but I don't think Earthly Serenity works to clear the Wounded Bystander, because it can heal investigators only, not allies / assets... I would suggest Bizarre Diagnosis instead, which can remove him in one go at the cost of dropping a clue. Or Bandages to keep him alive without removing him.

@Dummy Doctor You are absolutely right, I missed that big time. I guess the deck doesn't work then, or it might work with Jessica Hyde.

@DrOGM You are right too. Bizarre Diagnosis would not only work, but be much better.
