Preston Fairmont Duo Game (Diana Stanley) Scenario 7 Circle

Introduction

This is my deck being used with a friend in our duo run of The Circle Undone. The Clutches of Chaos was really scary, very much surprised at how doom could rack up quickly with 2 people. We survived though, just barely.

Plans

We finished the scenario getting 4 more experience. Plans for upgrades: High Priority is to upgrade Leo De Luca (2xp more). I also decided to grab 1 Fortune or Fate knowing what the next encounter was with my last 2 experience replacing a single Fire Axe (I was never fighting.)

Thoughts

Actually this was the scenario that started really strong with my first action being to play all 3 Easy Marks. However, this encounter definitely exploded right after we saw Carl Sanford when we immediately got 5 doom placed on the board from the card we drew. Then it became a game of me getting clues to reduce his health to 0 and the rest of my actions getting rid of breaches where as Diana Stanley was there to evade Carl Sanford and stop any encounter cards we couldn't deal with. We ended up winning with 6 doom on the board before the mythic phase where we would have gained a doom (I drew to see which locations would have drawn.) No combo this game and The Skeleton Key was in my hand the whole time after we got 5 doom so I had no actions to spare to play it sadly.
