I like a lot of what you've done here. Is this a single player deck or multiplayer? That makes a big difference.
I think one glaring thing to me is Holy Rosary is a better option than Rabbit's Foot. The former gives you another Willpower which is always nice, but more crucially in Agnes, it gives you 2 horror soak. The more horror we can do to Agnes (using her ability) the better.
The main usage of Forbidden Knowledge in this deck is to hurt yourself at the right times, the resource is kind of just a bonus. It's worth noting that while Arcane Initiate is a fantastic card in any Mystic deck with spells... if in your 3 cards revealed you see your weakness, Dark Memory, you must take it.
Finally, for me, I'm never a fan of Scrying. I don't think it does enough for the precious actions you're spending. So, if you were to consider my other options, this is the card I would cut.
