'Twenty man down if I ever burst this.'
Tommy chapter 2 only deck for the Brethren of Ash
If anybody tries to kill him, he'll kill them right back. A clue here and there doesn't hurt either.
Tommy's packing five guns but only has 16 rounds assuming he could actually draw them all. Running Machete seemed tempting at first but it's way off-theme, so no. We're running Right Tool for the Job to get as many guns out as possible. Custom Grip then lets him reload a weapon, and maybe that's enough. Restrained give him multi-round control, and Make 'em Sing seems good to have against big bads that will need a couple of rounds to beat down.
I went back and forth on Stakeout and decided to leave it out and bring Resilience. Six horror isn't terrible and 3 willpower makes the encounter deck somewhat manageable. Stakeout(3) looks better and maybe that's an upgrade for later. One certain upgrade is Charisma. Having two allies out is going to make Tommy The Tank Engine, and both Logan Hastings and Rookie Cop are good partners.
There is some clue pickup thanks to Scene of the Crime, Make 'em Sing, and Rookie Cop when going off shift. Nothing amazing but if Tommy could pick up three or four clues over a scenario, we'll take it.
It's not a cheap deck. Emergency Cache seems like a neccessity, and Bounty is there hopefully for a good payout against the chonkier enemies. And if we get Logan on patrol we'll be able to pick up resources here and there.
