This deck is supposed to be played as flex in a multiplayer game, mainly aiming at boss-killing, with the best weapon of the game (both for its illustration and its damage output) : the Eyes of Valusia/Blade of Yoth.
With Enraptured supercharged with Practice Makes Perfect, you can refill the blade while clueing (either with your high starting or Read the Signs), even putting a Spectral Shield on your Arcane Initiate to cancel the damage from your wicked swordmaster.
Your extra action can be triggered on demand with Blood Pact, use it mainly for your support events : Soothing Melody (4 traumas+you will loop several times through your deck during a scenario), Blood-Rite (very versatile, resources in early for set-up, draw and Dream-Enhancing Serum trigger, or extra damage for a Distant enemy you won't need to engage), Cosmic Revelation to help your teamates.
When a big bad guys appears, you can finally release your wrath and deal 4-damage swings.
Prophetic can help to pay for repeated Alter Fate, Ward of Protection or Read the Signs.
With The Great Work and double Delve Too Deep i have too much xp for your deck what should i take ?
- Second Alter Fate. This card is bonkers and shut downs many horrible scenario cards. You should aim for ×2 in every deck that can have it.
- Upgrade Ward of Protection. Your local will thank you. It's free with Arcane Research
- A Storm of Spirits. It's usual for to run Spectral Razor, but here we already have great signle output damage (and our skill won't help). In 3p+ players games it's common to have 2 or 3 ennemies in a spot, Storm can get you a lot of tempo.
- Memories of Another Life. What better than 4 actions per turn when you can have 5 ? ^^
