Wendy Adams, Sneaky Murderstab

The intention of this deck is to focus Wendy on avoid evading enemies and hit them when they're exhausted. You'll want to mulligan for Wendy's Amulet in your starting hand. Once it's out, you can discard events to fuel her redraw ability, and then play them from the discard.

As the card pool grows, this deck would benefit from effects that shuffle your deck, to pull events from the bottom, up to an easier draw position, and card draw and scrying.
