Mandy Thompsinnes Mouthing Off (clone)

Mandy Thompson deck designed to run as the clue getter in Innsmouth campaign. I added I've got a plan as a little bit of damage flex, but was not sure if there was room to add the acidic ichor. With limited strength boosts in deck I felt more comfortable just running lexicon and I've got a plan and that was it. Main idea is to get some assets out, and assist my main damage dealer get their kit out as well using cards such as No stone unturned.
