Final version of a 2 player (T&R) Dark Matter. Idea is to have the ability to boost and with Higher Education, while occasionally using to help with enemy management using Trusty Bullwhip.
Card draw and resouces come mostly from Monterey's ability and Antikythera, with additional resource generation coming from Faustian Bargain and "Watch This!".
