Yeah, it is what the title says. Roughly what I remember of a silly non-taboo Pendant of the Queen, where I ended finding it so many times that it started to feel like a Permanent card.
Flare is only in there for the neat trick of finding and playing both your allies in an emergency :) can easily be switched for a second Practice Makes Perfect.
