This is a solo deck that primarily relies on weapons for fighting and events for cluing, but can fill in the gaps with (boosted) basic actions.

I'll admit to being timid about doom, so this is deck uses it primarily for economy.

The cost curve is pretty ugly at first glance, but two Uncage the Soul and Amina's ability make it manageable. For full value, hold Uncage the Soul to pay for an Empower Self. Use Amina to pay for the blades. Pay cash for events.

Scroll of Prophesies doesn't exhaust, so ideally you can use up its charges in two turns and then bounce it with one of the weapons it helped you draw before it accelerates the advancement of the agenda. Definitely pay for it with Amina's ability.

Enchanted Blade and the damage spell events give you some damage compression. A boosted basic Investigate action can handle single-clue locations and four two-clue events should cover the rest.

Summoned Servitor gives you movement compression and some much-needed damage soak. Strategically timing the playing of the Servitor can bounce a doom-laden asset before it becomes problematic.

Ideally, this action compression will help you weather some amount of doom acceleration. And going solo means you might see fewer Ancient Evils and benefit from slightly longer agendas in some scenarios.

Between Spirit Athame, the Empower Selfs, and skill cards, you can fine-tune the boost for each test. For most of the spell events you're testing at six before any boosts, which is enough to reliably pass many tests on Standard (i.e., difficulty 2 with a -4 token in the bag).

Ironically for a Mystic deck, you're pretty vulnerable to Will tests, so consider holding back Guts for those.

As for upgrades: --Sin Eater could allow you to replace the Moonlight Rituals with something spicier.
--Crystalline Elder Sign sets your base to eight for most of the spell events that have tests. --Enchanted Blade (3) ratchets up damage and using up its charges quickly means you can comfortably overwrite it if you paid for it with doom you can't move off quickly enough. --Not really sure this deck needs Elle.

Looking forward to you feedback!
