Assuming you only have Core+Dunwich I would aim for getting pathfinder as quickly as possible, upgrading the encyclopaedia's to the level two version would be a huge boost to both you and the team and translating the strange solution should be a top priority.
Honestly after that you should be good, you may want higher education by the second half of Dunwich but that five Int will probably just carry you through the whole campaign.
