Early: Investigation Mystic Later: Flex Mystic
I loved looking at Bioroid Dexter (no click to break), and I've recently been playing around with Underworld Support in decks that run a lot of one-ofs. Molly Maxwell is an amazing tutor to build a deck around, and with some clever deck construction, we can have her pull any asset on-demand. With Calling in Favors and reduced deck size, we have a better chance at finding her, or using Calling in Favors to find other allies or bounce our other allies.
Early in the campaign, we can function as a clue finder using Sixth Sense and Sword Cane lets us avoid a lot of trouble, alongside an event suite to give us some reach.
The most important upgrades are Haste and Sixth Sense. Haste synergizes beautifully with our spell assets to give us a free activate action to reuse them, or clear treacheries off of the threat area if they have a usage. Molly Maxwell can search for Haste by naming out Ritual. The Sixth Sense functions to increase our more to be able to reliably investigate. With both Haste and Sixth Sense in play, we're at 7 with no buffs and are able to get often get 4 clues from a location if we start a turn there, with other locations being picked of clues if we reveal a special symbol.
Cyclopean Hammer for self-defence is something I wanted to try out as well. With the same traits as Sword Cane these can be swapped for each other, and this lets us fight while both of our arcane slots are filled with Sixth Sense and Haste. If we're trying to investigate and something spawns on us, we can activate the hammer to fight, activate Sixth Sense to investigate, and then get a free action to activate Sixth Sense using Haste, as if we never drew the enemy at all.
Leo De Luca is expensive, 5 big ones if you play him with Dexter's ability, and often he may not be worth it. However once you're set up, he provides more opportunities to trigger Haste, and because you don't use charges or exhaust your cards, your actions are consistently high quality, unlike a rogue who exhausts their Lockpicks for their once a turn investigation.
Other cards are included to provide survivability and ability to pitch to Dexter's ability once they're done being used. Don't feel like you have to get full value from them if it lets you play something impactful this turn however, especially with slower items like Liquid Courage (incidentally, another haste target for activate). Switchblade and Liquid Courage share the Illicit tag, but this is something we can live with.

Always Keep
Molly Maxwell. She finds any other asset from our deck by using the right traits.
After that, look for Sixth Sense, Haste, weapon of choice to survive early, Holy Rosary for .
Can this deck clear a location in 2 actions? Only in 2-player, where there are 2 clues. Can this deck reliably get one clue per action? Once set up, absolutely. Even the action spent to move doesn't drag you down too hard since Haste gives you back that investigation with Sixth Sense. Can this deck fight off enemies from turn 1 and kill 4 players worth of monsters every round? No, but you can be a one-man investigation squad that fears no enemy thanks to the hammer (except for a sphere and oozy boy). Finding Molly lets you set up fast to grab great ways to use your for everything you want to do, and then more actions to use your and boosts to your has felt very good to me.
There's also the very real possibility Underworld Support is not great for how I've constructed this deck, but that's up to you to decide. Other cards may be more optimal switches for others, and feel free to suggest them.
