Rabbits foot is a bit of a trap with Rex. His curse makes you think that you'll be wanting this, but with the inclusion of higher education you're going to be often at the point where only 1-2 tokens in the bag are going to cause failures. At a cost of 3 (resource, action, card) you'll end up taking quite some time to get value.
