Another great dreamer!
Everyone seems to dislike Colt Vest Pocket, I happen to love it with Tony.
An obvious choice here is Sleight of Hand
This guy is who Skids wishes to be! He gets the cards with the best quotes. "Let God sort them out..." Both his Quarry and a Guardian of the Crystallizer.
He gets plenty of action going.
As for upgrades:
- Chicago Typewriter for Colt Vest Pocket
- Lola Santiago Fine Clothes)
- Haste and Borrowed Time
- Get him a Moment of Respite (Say Your Prayers)

Nice deck ! I guess it's for EXPERT mode, right ? I would personnaly change two Coup de Grâce by two Leo de Luca fore even more actions and be sure to use the five ammo of the Colt Vest Pocket if I wanted to run this deck in Standard and if I hadn't bounties available or if I wanted to do something else like investigate, although the extra strenght icones of Coup de Grâce are useful with Crystallizer of Dreams. I would obviously go for a Charisma later on. Moreoever, I would change a "Let God sort them out..." by another Prepared for the Worst because the first event is imho too circumstantial and you would also benefit from an additional intellect icone which will also bring more consistency in the deck if you need to fight or use it for the icones. Great deck I think otherwise !
