Intented as secondary combatant and general support character, I'm not quite sure whether she could manage solo games. Without Streetwise the first scenario is really tight in terms of clues. Without Physical Training combat is unreliable, but this Jenny has options to buff herself even to the point on one-shooting elites and some bosses.

Testing Commences:

The Gathering: Gathered all clues without access to the Flashlight, it seems this was possible due to the very generous time margin given by the first scenario. Had no problems fighting monsters, but 2XPs were lost due to mini-bosses either spawning too early or not at all. Left the house standing.

The Midnight Masks: As expected, the sheer amount of required movement made the scenario rather difficult. One particularly unlucky auto-fail had Jenny struggle with the boss for two whole turns rather than one-shooting it. Still, Jenny was able to interrogate four cultists, explore one victory-location, avoid Izzie-related trauma and resign before midnight. Not stellar, but still decent.

The Devourer Below: Alas, Jenny failed and was eaten by the final boss. She managed to reach the ritual cave with one turn to spare, but then Ancient Evil was drawn and the final boss spawned. Jenny had Elusive in hand and Flashlight at the ready, so not all was lost if she managed to evade the Ancient One, find clues at ritual site and escape far enough to use said clues. She couldn't.

In retrospect, it could had been more beneficial to fail the second mission, but get rid of at least one more cultist. Still, I quite enjoyed playing with this particular deck.

Sorry, but why would one more cultist in scenario 2 helped you in scenario 3? With Elusive you could have fled the cultists and directly into the cave (i think it is revealed at some point, isn't it?

It's put into play, but if I'm reading Investigating the Trail correctly, it's not automatically revealed.

Agreed, Jenny had no convenient way to escape the cultists then. Next run you could give Survival Instinct a try. The Devourer Below is a tough nut, it seems. In your opinion, did Physical Training pull it's weight for you?

Well... On one hand it covers the exact stats Streetwise doesn't and it makes combat more reliable. On the other hand it really underperforms without some sort of damage-boosting weapon on the table. Even with Jenny's extra resources it's rarely possible to pump it as far as I would've wanted. All an all, I'd say Yes, but barely. I could potentially completelly disregard willpower and switch it for Hard Knocks to open up another colored card slot.

I've tried replaying the second scenario two or three times and it turns out that getting more than 4 cultists solo it's actually very difficult. Even with Leo De Luca and Lone Wolf in the opening hand, the action economy is so harsh.

I just finished scenario 2 myself today on standard, you can read how it went, if you like to. I interrogated 3 cultists, and it could not have been any closer, i tell you. I am planning to circumvent the remaining cultists in scenario 3, i don't see any chances to beat that Umôrdhoth on the path of wisdom. I am looking forward hearing from your next try against the forces of terror!

Where can I read it?

IIRC 3, espaced cultists mean 2 doom tokens from the start, it's quite an obstacle.

I think next time Jenny shall attempt tackling the Dunwich,
